This course refreshes and updates the knowledge, skills and confidence required to look after someone who suddenly becomes injured or unwell.
It ensures that First Aiders are up to date with the latest protocols and are ready to act when needed as 'strongly recommended' by the Health and Safety Executive.

It usually include topics such as:
• Unconscious casualty
• Cardiac arrest - CPR and AED
• Choking
• Shock
