Outdoor First Aid - 16 hour

This course is available as either:
Fully on-site (2 days face-to-face), or
Blended* (eLearning + 1 day face-to-face)
This course will give learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to look after an adult or child who becomes injured or unwell in the outdoors, possibly remote from help.

- Roles and responsibilities
- Incident management
- Casualty assessment
- Unconscious person
- Cardiac arrest (CPR and AED)
- Seizures and Epilepsy
- Diabetic emergencies
- Head injuries
- Spinal injuries
- Limb and joint injuries
- Bites and Stings
- Heat illness
- Minor injuries
Qualification - Optional

Fully on-site = £676* + £11.80 per person
Blended = £316* + £11.80 per person
Duration - 16 hours
Certification - 3 years
Learners who successfully complete the course will be awarded an eCertificate, valid for 3 years.
Learners - max 12
Maximum 12 learners per course
