Overview


This course is focussed on refreshing and updating the knowledge, skills and confidence required to recognise and safely support someone who may be struggling with their mental health. On-site and webinar versions will be contextualised to your organisation and can cover adults and/or young people. These versions will be tailored to the requirements of the learners on the course. the eLearning version of this course provides a year of access to the Distance Learning MHFA course, but without the qualification and associated assessment. Please note, this is NOT a re-validation or re-qualification course. If certificates or qualifications are due to expire, you will need our Mental Health First Aider or Mental Health First Aid at Work course.

As this is a refresher course, a qualification is not available.

Duration


The on-site and webinar versions of this course last for 4 hours. The eLearning version can be studied at a pace to suit the learner.

Pre-requisites
