Our first aid training is second to none.
Our outstanding, flexible group training gives people the competence and confidence to save lives and make a difference when it counts.
We know that there's lots of boring, outdated first aid courses out there, which we know people don't enjoy attending. Our courses have lots of interactive, practical activities with minimal PowerPoint, which make them engaging, enjoyable and effective.
As experts in our field, we deliver the most up to date, evidence based training that we know makes a difference in the real world. We don't focus on trivia, we focus on doing the things that make a difference.
To build competence, we start with key theory, develop individual skills and then apply them in contextualised scenarios.
This will not be a standard first aid course!
Lots of learners tell us that our courses have given them the confidence to do first aid. As healthcare professional we've seen the difference that a lack of confidence can make to the outcome.
We create a positive atmosphere where learners feel supported to develop their competence and we work hard to also develop their confidence. One is no good without the other!
Our range of first aid at work courses prepare learners to be first aiders in the workplace, in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work (First Aid) Regulations.
We have courses that are suitable for all sorts of environments, including offices, manufacturing, construction and forestry work.
We have a long history of working with a variety of school partners across the education sector.

These include sports clubs, such as rugby, football, lacrosse and martial arts, as well as other groups, such as Scouts or University societies.
