Face-to face training is delivered at your venue. It can be delivered at the weekends or in the evening.


This course will give learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to maximise the chance of survival for someone in cardiac arrest. It is ideal for anyone wishing to know what to do when someone collapses, through the application of simple and easy to remember techniques.

Qualification - Optional

This course can lead to the: Qualsafe Awards Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillation (RQF). Learners must be 14 at the start of the training.

Duration - 4 hours

This course requires a minimum of 4 hours learning.

Certification - 3 years

Learners who successfully complete the course will be awarded an eCertificate.
