It helps to maintain competence and ensures that first aiders are up to date with the latest protocols.
Annual refreshers are 'strongly recommended' by the Health and Safety Executive.
This course lasts 3 hours and is available in face-to-face, eLearning and blended learning formats.
The topics on this course will be tailored to recent updates and the needs of the learners.
It will usually include topics such as:
